This page will be used to log my training so that you can see how I am getting on and give me grief if I am slacking! I may add times at a later date but it is the distance that is important. There is no point being able to do a 4 minute mile if it means that miles 2 – 13 are a washout.
August – 24.11 miles
September - 35.6 miles
October – 41.5 miles
November – 38.5 miles
December – 3 miles
January – 16 miles
Feb 2 – 3 miles
Feb 4 – 4 miles
Feb 6 – 4 miles
Feb 7 – 3 miles

Hi Gary,
Are you following a plan? I found the Runner’s World smart coach to be quite good:

I see you are upping your miles in Feb – good but careful you don’t injure yourself. The most important thing if you just want to “get around” the HMs is to build up the long run, ideally to about 12 miles, to get your body used to being on its feet for the length of a HM. Good luck!
